60 and 80cm Flatwork Ironers with Folder
Belt and roller auto-drying ironing machine with built-in lengthwise folding and crossfolding. It is the only machine that feeds, irons, folds, crossfolds and stacks flatwork measuring between 900 mm and 3,200 mm
with just one operator in attendance.
It works on 1 or 2 independent lanes, making 1 or 2 lengthfolds and up to 3 crossfolds.
Moreover, the partial bypass accessory can be fitted to give you the option of ironing items just on one lane and ironing them and simultaneously folding them on the other; alternatively, one or more SMARTY folders for small items can be
applied downstream from the ironing machine. Items that do not require ironing can be fed out of the front or rear onto a collection table.
Programming is done via a PLC microprocessor.
Comes with a choice of roller ø 600, 800 mm and net
ironing width 2600, 3200 mm. Electric, gas or steam heating available on all models.
The version with gas heating is EU approved.
NOMEX ironing straps. Speed by electronic variator: 3 - 13 m/min. Extraction system: 2 x 400 m3/h. Compressed air: 7 bar - 9,000 Nl/hour. (11.000 Nl/hour in models with length 320 cm)

Automatic folder for towelling items.

Folder for Small Items
Automatic folder for small items.
Designed and built in compliance with
operator safety and health regulations and with a high
level of dependability, for folding small items such as napkins, pillowcases, face towels, etc. with maximum dimensions of 600x1,000 or 600x600 mm. These machine provide a high output combined with
excellent quality and low running costs. Folding is performed with the item at a standstill, while
nevertheless achieving an hourly output of up to 1,180 items/hour.
The folder is provided as standard with a built-in vacuum unit, a feature that permits independent operation even if several SMARTY folders are installed in series.
High-precision microprocessor, controlled by an external keyboard.
The folding program is selected automatically. The number of pieces to be stacked can be set via the keyboard. 5 programs and possibility to create 4 more.
Speed: 54 m/min.
