Date:2008-02-08 New Look Refrigeration WE listen to YOU and in response to your requests, our development team have made a number of exciting upgrades to the entire range of refrigeration. Look out for the new "clean strip" handles that ensure a single swipe clean can become normal in a busy kitchen. The handles are deliberately placed under the bench top profile to prevent contact from spillages above and are open ended (top & bottom) allowing water to easily pass through when cleaning. Fatigue is greatly reduced by allowing the Chef to open the door from a standing position without the need to bend down and load food items. In addition to these, improved hinges and equipment legs have been added with a stylish control facia.
ALL Fagor refrigeration is rated for tropical conditions and designed to perform in ambient temperatures as high as 43Celcius. At this time our refrigeration is coming from Spain, however we expect to reduce both lead time and price later this year when stock begins to arrive from our NEW Refrigeration Production Facility in China. The new look dishwashers present with minimal lines and a more solid stance. Grey Enamel has been replaced with solid stainless steel handles sweeping across the front panel and the removal of decals ensures years of interrupted cleaning.
